Goalkeeper Course Content:

Our goalkeeper courses are meticulously crafted to ensure a holistic development experience for participants in the U10, U12, and U14 age groups. Let’s dive into the comprehensive curriculum:

1. Fundamental Understanding and Goalkeeper Movements:

2. Setting and Shot Stopping:

Mastering the art of setting and shot stopping is pivotal for any goalkeeper. In this module, participants will receive expert guidance in perfecting their positioning, reaction time, and diving techniques. With hands-on practice and personalized coaching, participants will be equipped to handle shots with confidence and precision.

3. Distribution and Game Play As A Goalkeeper

The ability to control the game from the goalkeeper position is a hallmark of exceptional players. This module focuses on honing distribution skills, including accurate throws and strategic kicks, to initiate swift and effective counterattacks. Participants will also explore game play tactics, enhancing their decision-making and strategic thinking on the field.

4. Goalkeeper Provision and Specialization:

Fridays become the arena for goalkeeper excellence, ensuring that our participants are well-equipped to shine as exceptional goalkeepers on any team.

5. Coach-to-Child Ratio and Personalized Learning:

Our coach-to-child ratio of 1:8 for ages 8–10 and 1:12 for ages 11 and above guarantees individualized instruction. This approach allows our coaches to understand each participant’s strengths and areas for improvement, fostering accelerated growth.

6. Places and Accessibility:

We understand the importance of accessibility. Each course welcomes 40 participants, and we offer a total of 80 places per season, ensuring that more goalkeepers have the opportunity to benefit from our transformative courses.
