SoCal Youth Sports · Community partnerships

Smaller games.
More involvement.
More kids included.

We’re redesigning youth sports around the child. Our NanoSports approach combines smaller games with professional coaching, giving children more opportunities to play, make decisions and learn at their own starting level.

Your partnership can help make this experience available and affordable to more local families.

Partner with programs serving Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank and nearby Los Angeles communities.

Local programs. Meaningful support. A plan we build together.

Why we exist

Start with the child.
Build the sport around them.

When our founder, Matt, coached a team of beginners, younger players playing up, and children who hadn’t made other teams, he saw how easily youth sports could leave kids on the margins.

SoCal Youth Sports puts their experience first. Our professionally coached programs use small games—including 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 formats—to give children more opportunities to touch the ball, make decisions and take part.

A partnership helps us bring that approach to more local children.

Seen from the sidelines

Every child in the game.

“I was extremely impressed that ALL the children were running and playing with a ball.”

“I can feel their sense of achievement and joy of participation.”

Laifun Chung · Google review, August 2026 · Excerpts. A grandparent who described following youth soccer for over three decades across four countries.

Coaches who care about the child.

“The coaches are a great group who genuinely care about every player’s growth and confidence. They create a fun, positive environment while still teaching real skills and teamwork.”

Find your way to help

Choose the difference you want to make

Three starting points.
A partnership shaped around you.

Start with the community you care about and the kind of support you can offer. Together, we’ll agree the scope, budget and what success will look like.

01 / A PLAYER

Give a child
a season of soccer.

$350 funds one full-season place for a child whose family needs financial assistance, including professional coaching, practices, games and a uniform.

Help make the league experience accessible to a local family.

Sponsor a player →
02 / A TEAM

Back a team.
Help make play happen.

Contribute toward coaching, league delivery or equipment for a team typically planned for 8–10 players.

We’ll agree the contribution, what it funds and appropriate recognition. Team support helps deliver the season; it does not automatically cover every player’s registration.

Support a team →
03 / AN AGE DIVISION

Support a whole
age group.

Help fund league delivery or shared equipment across an age division: approximately 8 teams, planned for 64–80 players.

Choose a location and season, then agree the funded activities and recognition. Actual team and player numbers are confirmed for that season; this is not a full-registration sponsorship for every child.

Support an age division →

Help equip the league. Support can fund agreed equipment needs—such as balls, goals, field dividers and training supplies—or take the form of suitable equipment donated directly. We’ll match your contribution to a defined need.

Interested in developing future coaches? You can also help shape our emerging Coaches in Training pathway through mentorship, expertise or support for a defined pilot.

More ways to partner

Help build the places
where play happens.

Support something tangible, choose an available brand placement, or contribute to the league’s wider needs. These opportunities can stand alone or form part of a player, team or division partnership.

Featured opportunity · NanoSports fields

Help bring a dual NanoSports field to life.

$4,466 funds one complete dual-field unit, including shipping, tax and branding.

Help provide the equipment that brings our smaller-game approach to life: playing spaces designed to give children more opportunities to take part. Your support funds a tangible resource for the league.

We can explore branding on field equipment or recognition beside a designated playing area for an agreed season. Equipment funding and recognition are scoped separately, with venue permission and production requirements confirmed before commitment.

Explore a field partnership →
Game-day banners

Explore sponsor recognition on a banner at an approved league venue. We’ll agree the location, dimensions, display dates, design, production and installation costs before confirming the placement.

Jersey sponsorship

Explore logo placement on a future uniform order for an agreed team, division or season. Availability depends on the design, supplier requirements, order deadlines and existing commitments. We’ll confirm placement, quantities and printing costs together.

General league support

Help meet the practical costs of running the league, including coaching, equipment, field access and day-to-day delivery. Choose flexible support for league needs or agree a specific use for your contribution.

Field opportunities here relate to league playing spaces and equipment. The potential future community sports hub is a separate exploratory project. All placements are subject to availability and applicable permissions; exclusivity is available only if specifically agreed.

A clear plan for both sides

Support that means something.
A story you can share.

We’ll shape recognition and reporting around the activity you support and the people you want to serve.

  1. Agree the purpose.
Choose a community need, a practical contribution and a manageable timeline.
  2. Plan useful participation.
Options may include program or event recognition, agreed digital acknowledgment, or parent education connected to your expertise.
  3. Show what happened.
Agree a short impact update using relevant activity totals, funded places, equipment delivered or pilot milestones, alongside any recognition provided.

Specific benefits, deliverables and reporting measures are agreed in writing for each partnership. Children’s and families’ personal information is not a sponsorship benefit.

A window into our community

The program story travels
beyond the field.

Our Instagram account gives families and supporters a way to follow the activity. Here is a dated snapshot of that attention.

Looking ahead · Early exploration

A place to grow together.

We’re beginning to explore a potential community sports hub: a longer-term home for play, learning and connection. The concept is still taking shape, with no confirmed site or opening date.

Interested in contributing ideas, expertise or exploring a future partnership? Join the conversation as the vision develops.

Let’s start with a conversation

What would you
like to make possible?

Tell us a little about your organization and the community you want to support. You don’t need a finished proposal or a set budget to begin.

We’ll review your idea, discuss the fit and work toward a practical partnership plan.

Prefer email? Contact Matt →

This is an inquiry, with no payment or commitment required.

What interests you?
Optional: share your goals, timing, an in-kind idea or a budget range if you have one.

We’ll use your details to respond to this inquiry. Please don’t include children’s personal information. Read our privacy policy.

A few helpful answers.

Do you have fixed sponsorship packages?

We start with the activity you want to support, then agree a contribution and benefits that fit. The three opportunities above are starting points for that conversation.

Can a small business or an in-kind partner get involved?

Yes. Tell us the community you serve and what you could contribute. We’ll explore a practical match with program needs, including equipment, services or expertise.

How will we know what our support made possible?

Before the partnership begins, we’ll agree what can be measured and reported. Depending on the activity, that may include funded places, sessions delivered, equipment provided, development milestones and agreed recognition.

Can we discuss the future complex separately?

Yes. Select the future community sports hub in the inquiry form. It is an exploratory project; any future opportunity will need its own scope and agreement.
