WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 28–OCTOBER 4, 2026
Looking for soccer classes this week in Pasadena, Glendale or Burbank? We have FREE classes for children aged 18 months–6 years, another week of league practices and games, and opportunities for older players to work on their goalkeeping, shooting and skills.
Here is your weekly guide to SoCal Youth Sports in Pasadena, Glendale and Burbank, plus a useful at-home read and a look ahead to winter soccer and holiday camps.
This week’s highlight: FREE classes for ages 18 months–6 years
From a toddler’s first kick alongside a parent to a young player finding the confidence to join a game, our classes give children space to explore, make friends and enjoy being active. Our coaches use playful games and small groups to keep children involved.
We limit classes to eight players per session. That means more opportunities to join in and more attention from the coach. Please register for your chosen session before coming along.
If your child loves the classes, book their next sessions early—before your preferred places go. Find the age group, location and time that work for your family and make soccer part of your week.

Love the classes? Build them around your schedule
Family life is busy. School, naps, work and other activities all need room in the diary. Choosing soccer classes this week starts with finding a time that fits your family. Our class passes help you plan ahead around the sessions that work for you.
Browse the available passes, check which classes each pass covers, then reserve the sessions you want. Whether you are planning a regular weekly visit or looking for options around a changing routine, start with your child’s age and the times you can comfortably make.
Buying a pass and reserving a class are separate steps—book your sessions early. With just eight players per class, planning ahead gives you the best chance of getting your preferred time.

At home this week: make room for sleep
Today’s Parent Soccer Hub message is Sleep for Kids Soccer: A Better Bedtime and Game Day Routine. It looks at how families can make evenings more manageable around practice, school and early games.
One simple idea to try: move one evening job earlier in the day. Set out tomorrow’s clothes, pack the soccer bag or decide what happens after practice before you leave. Then give your child a familiar, calm route toward bedtime.
Our child-first approach includes what happens away from the field. Leave room for rest and family time, and keep extra soccer at home optional. Read the full article for age-based sleep guidance and practical routine ideas.
